The first generation of the Land Rover Discovery was introduced in 1989. Since then the design has gradually evolved through five major revisions, with many small detours and variations along the way. Originally sharing much of its heritage and many of its parts with the Range Rover, the early Discovery models have blossomed into modern classics in their own right, whilst more recent models benefit from an array of cutting edge technical features.

As a result, different models of Land Rover Discovery have a huge amount of variation in their appearance and mechanical operation. If you’re in the market for a quality used example or need services for an example you already own, you can rely on the Land Rover Centre to provide you with exactly what you need. Where non-specialists may not be intimately familiar with the variations between the different models, we’ve seen them all, including the numerous special editions, rare and modified examples that have been produced. We’re as comfortable working on the earliest petrol models as we are with the most modern of Discovery models. Whatever type of Discovery you have, you can rest assured that we’ve got the expert knowledge needed to keep it running for many years to come.
