Here at Land Rover Centre – We always enjoy hearing from our customers – past and present.
Today we received an e mail from Frank, and some great pictures of “our” Land Rovers on Knoydart.
Frank has been a good customer and friend of the Land Rover Centre since he purchased his first 90 from us back in 2000.
Until recently, he still owned the Land Rover but sold it last year to the Old Forge Knoydart – where it is used to collect provisions from the pier.
He purchased the replacement – a 110 Defender from us back in July 2012, and promised that he would send us some pictures once it arrived at Knoydart.
For anyone who is interested, Knoydart is known as “Britain’s last wilderness” and only accessible by boat, or by a 16-mile (26 km) walk through rough country, its seven miles (11 km) of tarred road are not connected to the UK road system.
“Hello Mark,
As promised – some pictures of P672 BUB going over to Knoydart.
Also – a couple of pictures of the Blue Land Rover on Knoydart before I sold it on. I Will send you one of it in Old Forge Knoydart “livery” next week – it takes barrels and provisions from the Pier to the Pub.
Regards Frank”
