Another visitor today was Thomas, who travelled up from Dorset with his son to view XWK 740X – an original 1982 Land Rover CSW.
The “XWK” registration numbers were allocated to the “Press” vehicles, and “740” is one of the original factory “Demonstrator” vehicles.
Currently configured as a Soft Top, “740” will be returned to a County Station Wagon set up prior to delivery.
One of the good things about these classic Land Rovers is the versatility !
