Here at the Land Rover Centre, we have records going back decades of the 1000s of Land Rovers that have been through our hands.
Today, we were contacted by Paul who has recently finished the restoration of “A10 XWD” a 1984 Series III Lightweight (air – portable) Land Rover that he purchased a few years ago.
It is soon to be featured in an LRO magazine article, and Paul was contacting us on the off chance we may be able to add to his history and knowledge of this particular Landy.
Luckily, our records were able to tell us that we had previously owned the Land Rover in 1996 and again in 2001, so were were able to give dates and mileages, as well as a previous colour and registration number.
