Whilst Land Rover Centre have been forerunners in the business of refurbishing, rebuilding and restoring classic Land Rovers for over 4 decades – We are always looking for original survivors.
Today, we were lucky enough to take a trip down to Suffolk to collect this exceptional example – a 1955 Series 1 – 86″.
Acquired by the current owner in 2013 – This Land Rover had been laid up in a barn for many years.
It was discovered – just as it had been parked up – and still with a packet of Churchman’s Cigarettes in the dash.
Carefully recomissioned and recently used as a wedding car – This Land Rover must be one of the most original – unrestored examples around !
