We have been “Chatting” via e mail with Joe from Dorset for a number of weeks now.
Today he managed to find time to travel up to visit us, with a view to test driving some of our classic Land Rovers.
Like many of our customers, Joe was looking for a Land Rover similar to the one his family had when he was a child – so he had some specific requirements – mainly a Series IIA with headlamps in the grill panel, individual wiper motors, push button start – and in Mid Grey.
Unfortunately, we did not have EXACTLY what he was looking for, so as we have done many times in the past – we have agreed to alter an existing Land Rover to meet his requirements.
A deal was agreed on TNX 856G, and we will be stripping it down over the next couple of months, and rebuilding it in Mid Grey !
