Today, Nigel and his sister Hillary, travelled up from Nottingham to collect MVE 997R – a lovely original 1976 Series III Land Rover Station Wagon.
Purchased by Nigel a couple of months ago, we have been storing it for him, until he was able to come and collect.
As this is Nigel’s first Land Rover, and it had been quite a while since he initially test drove it – we were able to spend some time during the Hand Over, going for another drive around the local area to allow Nigel to familiarise himself once again with the controls – before he set off for the drive home.
We are pleased to report that Nigel & Hillary arrived home safely and without issue.
