Whilst here “In the North” we have experienced some strong winds, heavy rainfall and a sprinkling of snow – It is nothing compared to the torrential rain and flooding in the South of England.
Just a word of advice to any Land Rover owners who perhaps might not usually be “off roaders” – but are finding themselves using their vehicles in quite exceptional circumstances recently:
“WADING PLUGS“
It is recommended they are fitted to the bell-housing and where appropriate the timing case when you are likely to be going through water at a depth greater than about half a metre (20 inches).
